Recover the lost administrators password in Windows XP

1. Reboot Windows XP and enter into safe mode by pressing F8Key.
2. In safe mode click Start and then click Run. In the open box type "control userpasswords2" without the quotes.
3.You will now access to all the user accounts, including the administrators account and will be able to reset the lost password.
4.Click on the administrators user account, and then click Reset Password.
5.You can add a new password and then Confirm new password boxes.
6.Click Ok
